This week I decided to go with Nixa and Ozark. I have a lot of buyers who are looking for a little more space and less maintenance that goes along with city living. Below are 5 homes I feel show what south of Springfield has to offer in a multitude of price ranges.
The best things about living south of Springfield are the hills and rivers. Located on a dead end cul-de-sac, this home does an excellent job of showing what the Ozarks have to offer. Purchased at the right price, new owners could make some minor updates and come out ahead.

The golf course and zero entry pool are there when you want it!
This 3 bed 2 bath home was listed last week and I'm surprised it's still on the market. Here is a perfect example of how much you can get for your money in the suburbs. It's clean, has a spacious backyard and move-in ready! Also, if you're thinking of listing your home, these owners have de-cluttered, used neutral colors and simply decorated, easily showing what the home has to offer.
Also listed last week, this is another home that probably won't be on the market long. This home boasts 4 beds, 2 baths and has been well kept with only one owner. The backyard is what will seal a sell on this one. This is an entertainers dream with tons of storage for party supplies!
This traditional style home was actually built in 1996, making the best of the old and new. The acre of land gives a park-like feel upon arrival. The current owners have recently added a new roof and maintenance free back deck. This home was listed on Friday and I'm sure it's getting quite a few showings.
