This week I decided to go with Nixa and Ozark.  I have a lot of buyers who are looking for a little more space and less maintenance that goes along with city living.  Below are 5 homes I feel show what south of Springfield has to offer in a multitude of price ranges.

1. 2210 Fox Run

The best things about living south of Springfield are the hills and rivers.  Located on a dead end cul-de-sac, this home does an excellent job of showing what the Ozarks have to offer.  It's obvious the current owners have taken excellent care of the home, with a newly added roof and septic system.  Purchased at the right price, new owners could make some minor updates and come out ahead.

2. 7002 Merion Drive

This Fremont Hills beauty has been excellently maintained and updated.  I love Fremont Hills due to all of the custom built homes and have an affinity for the Tudor style. Additionally, the exposed wood beams in the family room create a WOW factor!  Another thing like about Fremont Hills is the option to pay the H.O.A.  The golf course and zero entry pool are there when you want it!

3. 1504 West Warren Avenue

This 3 bed 2 bath home was listed last week and I'm surprised it's still on the market.  Here is a perfect example of how much you can get for your money in the suburbs.  It's clean, has a spacious backyard and move-in ready!  Also, if you're thinking of listing your home, these owners have de-cluttered, used neutral colors and simply decorated, easily showing what the home has to offer.

4. 772 East Roubidoux Street

Also listed last week, this is another home that probably won't be on the market long.  This home boasts 4 beds, 2 baths and has been well kept with only one owner.  The backyard is what will seal a sell on this one.  This is an entertainers dream with tons of storage for party supplies!

5. 3101 North Weaver Road

Ozark, MO 65721

This traditional style home was actually built in 1996, making the best of the old and new.  The acre of land gives a park-like feel upon arrival.  The current owners have recently added a new roof and maintenance free back deck.  This home was listed on Friday and I'm sure it's getting quite a few showings.
